HOW IT'S MADE
Each of our bespoke pieces is made exclusively to order in our Budapest atelier, carefully handcrafted especially for you.
After placing your order, we will contact you if any additional details are required to create your chosen piece, whether regarding sizing, personalized inscriptions, or other individual preferences.
Every piece is crafted according to the details agreed upon with you, resulting in a truly personal and one-of-a-kind accessory.
Depending on the selected product, the production time may take up to 6 weeks.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Each personalised product is made to order in our Budapest atelier. Production begins once all customisation details have been confirmed and takes up to 6 weeks.
After your order is completed, you may collect it in person at our Budapest showroom by prior appointment, or choose one of the shipping options available at checkout for home delivery. We currently ship to the following destinations:
- European Union member states
- United Kingdom
- Norway
- Switzerland
- Iceland
- United States
- Canada
- Australia
If you would like your order shipped to a country not listed above, please contact us at webshop@daalarna.hu, and we will be happy to advise you on the available shipping options.
International orders are shipped via FedEx Priority. The estimated delivery time is 3–4 business days after dispatch.
Please note that deliveries to destinations outside the European Union may take longer due to customs clearance procedures. Any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees applicable to shipments outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.
As each personalised product is made to order according to your individual specifications, returns and exchanges are not available for personalised items.
