Daalarna wedding and evening gowns can be ordered in person at our Budapest boutique or at one of our international retailers. If there is no retailer in your country, please send us an email to info@daalarna.com to inquire about international shipping.
The products in the webshop can also be viewed, tried on and purchased in person in our flagship store in Budapest. However, our webshop products can also be ordered online with a few clicks. We offer the following delivery and payment options:
Delivery outside Hungary:
Currently we ship orders to the following countries: European Union countries, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, USA, Canada, Australia. If you would like to request delivery to another country, please inquire about the possibilities at webshop@daalarna.hu.
The delivery time for products in stock is on average 3-4 working days. Please note that if you have purchased a product that we manufacture individually, the delivery time may take several weeks despite our best efforts. In any case, please find out about the expected delivery time of the selected product on the product data sheet in the product information section before placing the order. The delivery time of wedding dresses purchased in the webshop is 1-2 weeks.
Our aim is to fulfill your order in the time scale indicated above. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. We cannot take responsibility, however, if the delivery time is longer than indicated.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (EXCEPT EU) MAY BE SUBJECT TO IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES ONCE A SHIPMENT REACHES YOUR COUNTRY. ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS CLEARANCE CHARGES MUST BE PAID BY YOU, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THESE CHARGES AND CANNOT PREDICT WHAT THEY MIGHT BE.
For all orders sent within the EU, there will be no additional fees to pay when your order arrives at the destination. We ship with FedEx Priority service, signature may be required on receipt. Kindly note that we do not ship to P.O. box addresses. Our distribution centre does not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays.
Domestic Shipping Within Hungary:
FOXPOST Parcel Lockers
FOXPOST offers a simple, flexible, contactless, and eco-friendly way to receive and send parcels. With over 300 lockers nationwide, accessible both indoors and outdoors 24/7, you can collect your package anytime. Track and manage your delivery conveniently through the FOXPOST app. Once your package arrives at the locker, you will receive a notification via email, Viber, or SMS with a unique code for collection. You have 5 days to pick up your parcel.

GLS Home Delivery
With GLS home delivery, you can have your order delivered to your home, workplace, or any address within Hungary. Deliveries are made on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. You will receive an email notification about your parcel and the expected delivery time.
Shipping fee: 2,790 HUF
MPL Home Delivery
Your order will be delivered by the MPL courier service to any address in Hungary. Deliveries are made on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. You will receive an email notification about your package and its estimated delivery time.
Shipping fee: 1,990 HUF
MPL PostaPoint, Parcel Locker, or Post Office Pickup
You can choose to have your order delivered to one of over 3,000 MPL PostaPoints, MPL parcel lockers, or your nearest post office. No need to wait at home for a courier—collect your parcel conveniently during your daily errands, as many parcel lockers are accessible 24/7. If you choose delivery to a post office, you can combine parcel pickup with other postal tasks.

FedEx Priority Service
For in-stock items, the average delivery time is 3–4 business days. Please note that shipments outside the EU may experience delays due to customs clearance. Any customs duties for non-EU shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.

In-Store Pickup
You can choose to pick up your order at the Daalarna Atelier by scheduling a pickup appointment in advance. Once your order is confirmed via email, please let us know your preferred pickup time (for in-stock items or ready-to-collect custom-made products).
If you purchased a wedding dress and would like to schedule a fitting or consultation to try on the dress, please arrange an appointment in advance via email - info@daalarna.com. The fitting fee is 10,000 HUF.
